How many people can I bring?

Suites accommodate families up to 6 people.
(Rates are quoted for 4 – see below)
More than 4 guests are welcome – $15 per person per night
Children under 12 stay free!

Making reservations

Minimum stay –
– 2 nights in May, June and September, unless otherwise noted
– 3 nights July, August & Holidays
Deposit required to confirm reservation – stays of 4 nights or less are equivalent to a 1 night’s rental rate. Holidays, specials and stays of 5 nights or more are equivalent to a 2 night’s rental rate.
Specials require a 50% deposit.

What if I have to cancel or leave early?

Cancellations may be made with 15 days notice before your arrival.
Cancellations made within 14 days or less from your arrival date are non-refundable.
Eligible refunds are subject to a 25% service charge.
Changes may be made with a 14-day notice based on availability.
Sorry – no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Are there special deals available?

The Concord often offers special rates and deals, check the website or brochure for details.
