Q. Do you allow smoking?
A. No, the Concord Suites is a completely smoke free environment.
Q. Do you provide cribs?
A. We do collaborate with Stone Harbor Crib Rental to provide rental cribs, strollers, beach umbrellas, chairs, cabanas and many other items. Call a day in advance to make arrangements to have the requested items you need in your suite when you arrive.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Sorry, no.
Q. Where can we go for dinner?
A. Besides the Concord Café serving lunch, dinner and late-night
fare – there is a wide variety of dining in the area, from casual to elegant,
Mexican to seafood. Each suite includes dining guides with menus – or you
can preview some our favorites here.
Q. Do you have an exercise room?
A. We do not offer an exercise room; however our heated pool is open to adults only for lap swimming between 6 and 8 a.m. Tennis and basketball courts are located one block away. And just outside, seven miles of pristine beach for an invigorating walk or run. We can also direct you to local gyms that offer daily usage.
Q. Where can I find a computer?
A. Your suite has Internet access. Avalon Internet provides computer access for a fee on an hourly basis. The local libraries offer free internet access.
Q. How close are you to the ferry?
A. Concord Suites is 12 miles north of the Cape May Lewes Ferry. Fares and schedules are listed on the Ferry website.
Q. How close are you to Atlantic City?
A. The glitz and glamour of Atlantic City is 30 miles north of Concord Suites. It is an easy drive for a night out – or choose alternative transportation – some with incentive packages.
Q. How close are you to an airport?
A. For commercial carrier service, Atlantic City International Airport is 30 miles to the north. Philadelphia International is 75 miles to the west. For private/general aviation – Cape May County Airport is 10 miles to the southwest and Ocean City Airport is 15 miles to the north.
Q. Where can we go fishing or crabbing?
A. For a casual day in the fresh air, any of Avalon & Stone Harbor bay front fishing piers is a good place to start – Bay front fishing piers are located at 8th, 23rd, 33rd , 37th , 53rd, 57th, 80th, 81st, & 83rd Streets. Tackle shops and equipment rental are conveniently located. There are public boat ramps at the 54th & 81st Street Marinas. View our “Things To Do” page for links to local fishing options.
If deep-sea fishing is your style, a number of boat operators offer half-day
and full-day fishing excursions plus private charters from Avalon, Stone
Harbor and Cape May.
Q. Are there golf courses nearby?
A. Some of the finest golf courses in the East are right here at the Jersey Shore. Full length courses include Avalon Golf Club, Shore Gate, Cape May National .
Plus – executive nine-hole courses – Pines at Clermont; Heritage; Laguna Oaks; and Ocean City.
Q.What if I have an issue during my stay.
A. Always bring to our attention any issues you may have, no matter how big or small. Your satisfaction is our utmost importance.
