Planning Your Trip to the Concord
How many people can I bring?
- Suites accommodate families up to 6 people.
(Rates are quoted for 4 – see below) - More than 4 guests are welcome – $15 per person per night
- Children under 12 stay free!
Making reservations
- Minimum stay –
– 2 nights in May, June and September, unless otherwise noted
– 3 nights July, August & Holidays - Deposit required to confirm reservation – stays of 4 nights or less are equivalent to a 1 night’s rental rate. Holidays, specials and stays of 5 nights or more are equivalent to a 2 night’s rental rate.
- Specials require a 50% deposit.

Arrival
- Directions to Concord Suites
- Check in at 3pm — check out by 11am.
- Balance due on arrival* by Mastercard, Visa or Discover (no personal checks please).
- Parking is free**
- Room location – we try to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee locations.
What if I have to cancel or leave early?
- Cancellations may be made with a 10 day notice.
- Eligible refunds are subject to a 25% service charge.
- Changes may be made with a 10-day notice based on availability.
- Sorry – no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Are there special deals available?
- The Concord often offers special rates and deals, check the website or brochure for details.
- Special offers are extended to our Facebook friends, “like” us on Facebook for these exclusive deals.
- Specials have limited availability and sell out quickly, make your reservations early
