This was my first time staying at Concord suits. My daughter and I only spent 1 night but the place was super clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stay at the Concord Suites every year – the facilities are always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the suites are comfortable and just what we need, and you can’t beat the location. Close to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. Great pools for the kids, and still quiet for that relaxing after-beach cocktail. Our favorite shore stay spot.– William. July 2023

We’ve been repeat guests at the Concord Suites for over 35 years and EVERY visit is a GREAT ONE! The rooms are always clean and the property (decks, pools and parking) is always clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous, friendly and responsive. The rooms are great for small families and the hotel decks and patios provide plenty of comfortable outdoor space to gather with friends. The Concord Suites continues to be a great value in Stone Harbor and Avalon. This place is definitely family friendly but also great for “girls weekends” and group get-aways too! The hotel is enjoyable to relax at and just a short walk to the beaches, playgrounds and nearby restaurants. We have NEVER been disappointed with – and frankly have always looked forward to and enjoyed – our stays at Concord Suites. The off-season deals always bring us back in the late Spring and Fall to enjoy the New Jersey Shore! This IS a legitimate review submitted by an actual repeat guest!– Steve. September 2022

This is the best place to stay in Avalon/Stone Harbor! Well/equipped spotless suites. Beautiful well maintained property with 2 pools and lovely sun decks to relax and gather on with family. A block from the beach. Beach tags included. On site parking. Restaurant on premises. Staff are all so welcoming and accommodating! Just all over lovely in every way! My 33 year old daughter recently had open heart surgery.so I wanted to treat her to a stay at the concord. She said the staff treated her like a VIP. She loved the room and the pool and the service was great. She is hoping to return in Sept and make it an annual tradition. thanks so much for making this a special vacation for her.👍💖– David. Wonderful place to stay at the shore! One block from the beach, facilities were so clean, staff so friendly and helpful. Suite was well-equipped with everything we needed. 2 swimming pools, beautiful sun decks to sit out and read or gather with family/friends. Restaurant on premises with great food too! A nice clean room, affordable I should say. Close to the beach, has restaurant within the building has good food and pizza, very nice accommodations at the two pools.
